Delete the legacy scheduled job for the Billing Events to Sales Invoices or Credit Notes flow from Setup | Environment | Jobs | Scheduled Jobs. The existing job has the Apex Class field set to ConvertBEToInvoicesCreditsScheduler.
Delete the legacy scheduled jobs for the following ClickLink rules:
Journal Line Item to PSA Miscellaneous Adjustment
Payable Credit Note Expense Line Item to PSA Miscellaneous Adjustment
Payable Invoice Expense Line Item to PSA Miscellaneous Adjustment
By deleting the ClickLink jobs related to the rules.
By deleting the schedule jobs from Setup | Environment | Jobs | Scheduled Jobs. In this case, the scheduled jobs have the same name as the ClickLink jobs.
Alternatively, manually update your own page layouts for the Expense Report object. More information

This ensures that the fields are displayed in the Expense Lines grid of the Lightning pages for payable invoices and credit notes. In legacy mode, PSA – Accounting Connector uses ClickLink and integration rules to define object and field mappings for each flow. In enhanced mode, Foundations mappings are used instead. The standard mappings are available by default. If you configured custom field-level mappings, you must recreate them in the Foundations mappings. You can do this using Feature Console. For more information, see Migrating Custom Legacy PSA – Accounting Connector Mappings to Foundations Mappings.
Foundations mappings require objects to be searchable. Ensure that the Allow Search checkbox is selected for the Miscellaneous Adjustment object. For more information, see the Salesforce Help.
We recommend that you perform the following steps to keep your org clean. All the steps are optional and you can perform them in any order.
Remove the Process Employee Expense button from all page layouts for the Vendor Invoice object.
Remove the Process Employee Expenses button from the list view search layout for the Vendor Invoice object.
Remove any list views specific to the flow. For example, any list view that filters vendor invoices based on the Eligible Expense for Credit Note and Eligible Expense for Invoice fields.
Deactivate the "Employee" value from the Type picklist on the Account object.
