Journal Line Item Fields

Here is a description of the fields that PSA – Accounting Connector adds to the Journal Line Item object.

Key: R – Read-only, E – Only applicable when the integration is running in enhanced modeClosed When PSA – Accounting Connector runs in enhanced mode, it uses the improved mechanism introduced starting with Spring 2021. This includes better flow execution performance and a modern user experience. Enhanced mode is enabled when the Run Integration in Enhanced Mode field in the PSA – Accounting Connector Settings custom setting is selected..

Analysis 1-4  

Text fields used for reporting, conceptually similar to Dimension 1-4 fields.

If a matching field exists on the Miscellaneous Adjustment object, the value is automatically copied when the related journal is created from a miscellaneous adjustment.

 Miscellaneous Adjustments to Journals
Automatically Pass to PSA E When selected, the journal line item is automatically passed to PSA as soon as it becomes eligible. Journal Line Items to Miscellaneous Adjustments

Miscellaneous Adjustment Name R

Used to set the name of the miscellaneous adjustment created from the journal line item.

Populated with the name of the related journal, followed by - and the name of the journal line item.

Passed to PSA  

Indicates whether a matching miscellaneous adjustment exists in PSA.

This field is selected in the following scenarios:

  • When a miscellaneous adjustment is created from the journal line item.
  • When the journal line item was created from a miscellaneous adjustment.

You must ensure that this picklist has the same values as the Transaction Category picklist on the Miscellaneous Adjustment object.
