Activating the Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA
You can enable the connector using the Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA feature in the Feature Console.

Prerequisites
Before you enable this feature, you must ensure that Customer Support has activated and configured the Integration Hub Connector.
The PSA user you use to authenticate to the Integration Hub must have the following permission sets assigned:
- IHC Concur to PSA
- FDN Core
You need the following connected app information to authenticate your PSA user:
- Consumer Key
- Consumer Secret

- From Setup, click Apps | App Manager. A list of all the apps in your org displays.
- Next to IHC Authentication App, click View. The Consumer Key and Consumer Secret fields display in the API (Enable OAuth Settings) section. You might need to reveal the Consumer Secret to view it.
If you are using the Client Credentials Grant type authentication for Concur, you need the following information which is available in the Concur registered partner application:
- Client ID - this might be called Key in the partner app.
- Client secret - this might be called Secret in the partner app.
If you are using the Password Grant type authentication for Concur, you need the following information which is provided by Concur:
- Client ID
- Client secret (secret ID)
- Username
- Password
- Concur API URL prefix
- Authorization URL
Enabling the Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA Feature
To enable the Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA:
- Click the Feature Console tab.
- Click Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA to view the feature steps.

Authenticate a PSA user to the Integration Hub. To do this:
- Click Launch next to feature step 1. If you are already using another Integration Hub connector, for example, Jira - PSA, the existing authentication is reused and the step is set to "Done". Otherwise, the Certinia Authentication dialog displays.
- Enter your Consumer Key and your Consumer Secret.
- Click Authenticate. The Salesforce Login page displays.
- [Optional] If you are testing the integration on a sandbox environment, change login to test in the URL of the page.
- Log in to Salesforce. Note that the user you are logging in as needs to have the permissions described in Prerequisites. The Allow Permission page displays.
- Click Allow to give the connected app access to your data. The Confirm Authentication page displays.
- Click Confirm. The Feature Console displays and the step status is set to "Done".

Authenticate a Concur user to the Integration Hub. To do this:
- Click Launch next to feature step 2. The Authentication dialog displays.
- Enter your client ID and client secret. If you are using the Client Credentials Grant type authentication for Concur, proceed to step e.
- If you are using the Password Grant type authentication for Concur, select Use Password Grant Type Authentication. Additional required fields display.

Enter the following information provided to you by Concur:
- Username
- Password
- Concur API URL prefix
- Authorization URL
- Click Authenticate. The Concur login screen displays.
- Log in to Concur. You must log in using an administrator account. The Allow Permissions page displays.
- Click Allow. The Confirm Authentication page displays.
- Click Confirm. When the authentication successfully completes, the Feature Console displays.
- If you are upgrading from Concur - PSA previous releases and your mappings were defined manually in the connector itself, you must synchronize keys and mappings from the connector with PSA. To do this, click Perform next to feature step 3.

To push keys and mappings to the Integration Hub, click Perform next to feature step 4. For more information, see Customizing Concur - PSA Mappings.
- To enable the synchronization of projects from PSA to Concur, click Perform next to feature step 5. For more information on how the synchronization of projects works, see Synchronizing PSA Information with Concur.
- To enable the synchronization of resources from PSA to Concur, click Perform next to feature step 6. For more information on how the synchronization of resources works, see Synchronizing PSA Information with Concur.
- [Optional] To enable the synchronization of assignments from PSA to Concur, click Perform next to feature step 7. For more information on how the synchronization of assignments works, see Synchronizing PSA Information with Concur.

To enable the deletion of projects and assignments in Concur:
- Click Perform next to feature step 8. The Enable Deletion of Projects or Assignments dialog box displays.
- Select the options that you want to enable.
- Click Confirm. For more information on how the deletion of projects and assignments works, see Deleting Projects or Assignments in Concur.
- To enable the synchronization of expense reports and expenses from Concur to PSA, click Perform next to feature step 9. For more information on how the synchronization of expenses works, see Sending Expenses and Expense Reports from Concur to PSA.

[Optional] If you have already set up PSA before implementing this integration, for example, if you have upgraded from a previous version of PSA, you can synchronize your existing projects, resources, and assignments from PSA to Concur. To do this:
- Click Launch next to feature step 10. The Perform Initial Sync dialog box displays.
- [Optional] Deselect any options that you do not want to synchronize. You cannot perform the initial synchronization of assignments unless you synchronize resources.
- Click Confirm.
The initial synchronization is run as a background process. You can monitor its execution by accessing the Apex Jobs page from Setup. The relevant job is called IHCInitialSyncBatch.
If needed, you can run this step multiple times by clicking Edit and selecting the record types you want to synchronize to Concur. In that case, the existing records are updated in Concur and new ones are added.
- [Optional] To create two Foundations configuration items for custom Concur expense and expense report fields, click Perform next to feature step 11. For more information, see Adding Concur Custom Fields to the Concur - PSA Configuration Lightning Page.
- When all steps are complete, use the Status slider in the Feature section to mark the feature as enabled.
The Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA is now fully active.
