Embedding the PSA Project Overview Dashboard

To embed the PSA Project Overview dashboard:

  1. Edit the Lightning page you want to add the PSA Project Overview dashboard to.

  2. In the Tabs panel, click Add Tab.
  3. Click the new tab, then in Tab Label, select "Custom".
  4. In Custom Label, enter Project Overview.
  5. Click Done.
  6. Drag and drop the CRM Analytics Dashboard component from the Components panel to the new tab.
  7. In Dashboard on the CRM Analytics Dashboard panel, select "PSA Project Overview".
  8. In Height, set the dashboard height. We recommend 400 pixels.
  9. Click + Add Dashboard Filter.
  10. In Data Source, select "Project Reporting".
  11. In Data Source Field, select "Project ID".
  12. In Operator, select "Equals".
  13. Click Select.
  14. In Select Field, select "Record ID".
  15. Click Done.
  16. Click OK.

  17. Repeat steps 10 - 16 two more times, making the following selections:

    • Billings at step 10
    • Revenue Forecast at step 10

    You should now have three filters set.

  18. Deselect Show Title.
  19. Deselect Show Header.
  20. In Open Dashboard, select "In Analytics Tab".
  21. Select Open Links in New Window.
  22. Select Hide on Error.
  23. Click Save.
