Embedding the PSA Utilization Analytics Dashboard

To embed the PSA Utilization Analytics dashboard:

  1. Edit the Lightning page you want to add the PSA Utilization Analytics dashboard to.
  2. In the Tabs panel, click Add Tab.
  3. Click the new tab, then in Tab Label, select "Custom".
  4. In Custom Label, enter Utilization Analytics.
  5. Click Done.
  6. Drag and drop the CRM Analytics Dashboard component from the Components panel to the new tab.
  7. In Dashboard on the CRM Analytics Dashboard panel, select "PSA Utilization Analytics".
  8. In Height, set the dashboard height. We recommend 1090 pixels.
  9. Deselect Include Share and Download Options.
  10. Deselect Show Title.
  11. Deselect Show Header.
  12. In Open Dashboard, select "Disable open dashboard feature".
  13. Select Open Links in New Windows.
  14. Select Hide on Error.
  15. Click Save.
