Batch Tracking Controls Fields

Here is a description of the interface elements on the Batch Tracking Controls page.

The fields that are populated vary depending upon the Transaction Type and Action. For example, Recognition Date is only populated if the Transaction Type is Actual.

Batch Tracking Control Detail

Batch Tracking Control Detail Fields
Field Description
Action The action that is being run by this record.
Batch Id Apex job batch ID.
Batch Tracking Control Name The name of the record.
Batches Processed The total number of jobs that have been processed.
Error Message Any error messages to do with the associated process.
Group Name The group associated with this record.
Jobs Processed The total number of lines that have been processed.
Recognition Date The recognition date selected by the user.
Status The status of the record, for example Queued, Processing, Completed or Failed.
Total Batches The total number of jobs to be processed.
Total Jobs The total number of detail lines. This is used by actuals only.
Transaction Type The type of transaction, for example Actual, Forecast or Manage.
