The Services Estimator – Salesforce RLM Connector enables you to connect Services Estimator with Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM). This enables you to add a primary estimate to its associated Salesforce quote by copying estimate product instances as quotes lines. Any records not related to estimate products are copied as a separate quote line and are associated with the selected product.
You can associate a quote with an estimate by creating an estimate from a quote. You can also select a quote to associate with an estimate at the point of creation.
You can also use an invocable method for adding an estimate to a Services Estimator – Salesforce RLM Connector quote that you can use within Salesforce Flow Builder. For more information, see Custom Actions.
