Customizing Columns and Filters for Project Billing and Account Billing
You can customize business record
Timecard Split, Expense, Milestone, Miscellaneous Adjustment or Budget filters and columns that display on the Project Billing and Account Billing pages.
Custom Filters
You can choose the business record Timecard Split, Expense, Milestone, Miscellaneous Adjustment or Budget filters that you want to appear on the Project Billing and Account Billing pages:
Custom Columns
You can use the following options in the Billing configuration group to determine columns to display in the business record Timecard Split, Expense, Milestone, Miscellaneous Adjustment or Budget sections of the Project Billing and Account Billing pages:
- adhocDisplayBudget
- adhocDisplayExpense
- adhocDisplayMilestone
- adhocDisplayMiscAdj
- adhocDisplayTimecard
Default Fields in Custom Field Sets
For each of the Timecards, Expense Reports, Milestones, Miscellaneous Adjustments, and Budgets business records, there are fields that always appear by default and so should not be included in any custom field set that you create:
