The following permission sets are provided for managing services credits:

| PSA - Manage Services Credits Customer Purchases | Manage services credits customer purchase records. It includes permission to create, edit, expire services credits customer purchase, and access to view services credits consumption and allocation records. |
| PSA - Manage Services Credits Allocations | Manage services credits allocations. It includes permissions to allocate services credits, adjust the allocation of services credits, and view services credits customer purchase records. |
Sharing Considerations
You can only create, edit, and expire services credits customer purchase records for accounts that you have read access to.
You can only allocate and adjust services credits for milestones and accounts that you have read access to.
By default, the Services Credits Customer Purchase, Services Credits Allocation, and Services Credits Consumption objects allow public sharing. Your administrator can modify this setup to apply private sharing rules.
However, if you run the automatic allocation of credits, the allocation and adjustment processes run on all purchase and consumption records regardless of whether private sharing rules apply. This is because services credits are allocated in order of expiry date. So even if you do not have access to the purchase record that expires earliest, any available services credits on that record are assigned before available services credits on purchase records that expire later. While for the manual allocation process, in addition to relevant object and field-level permissions, you also require edit access to purchase records. Custom Permissions
The following custom permissions are required along with appropriate object and field-level permissions to allow users to perform specific actions to manage services credits:

If you have cloned the PSA - Manage Services Credits Allocations permission set, enable the PSA - Services Credits - Allocate custom permission in the cloned versions to allow users with those permission sets to allocate services credits, and PSA - Services Credits - Adjust to adjust allocated services credits.
If you have cloned the PSA - Manage Services Credits Customer Purchases permission set, enable the PSA - Services Credits - Expire custom permission in the cloned versions to allow users with those permission sets to expire services credits.
