Loading Assignments and Resource Requests Incrementally in Work Planners

To load records incrementally in Work Planner:

  1. In the Allocation view, remove the applied filters.
  2. Click Load More. The Work Planner page displays the next set of records. Click Load More until all the assignments or resource requests grouped by project, resource, or RPG are displayed.

Limitations

  • When you load assignments and resource requests grouped by project and resources, you may encounter a scenario where the number of associated records exceeds the limit specified in the Maximum Results Returned Lightning property. In this case, clicking Load More will not display additional records. To avoid this issue and improve your results, we recommend you refine your filters or increase the limit if you have not reached the maximum.
  • You can easily load approximately 5,000 records on the Work Planner page. However, if you encounter performance issues while loading more than 5,000 records, we recommend that you refine your filtering criteria.
  • We recommend that you save the changes before loading more records. If you try to save records in bulk, you may hit Salesforce limit issues.
  • In the Allocation view, the additional records are sorted by the newest Assignment IDs when you group assignments and resource requests by Region, Practice, or Group. However, sorting is not supported when you group records by Project or Resource.
