PS Cloud Core Analytics Dataflow

The PS Cloud Core Analytics generates the following datasets as standard:

• Billings
• Currency ISO Code
• Project Reporting
• Resourcing Adjacencies
• Resource Skills
• RPG

You can also generate the following, optional datasets by selecting the relevant options in your PS Cloud Analytics Setup record:

• Backlog
• Capacity
• Project Margin
• Revenue Forecast
• Utilization

Warning:

Modifying the PS Cloud Core Analytics dataflow might result in the loss of functionality. Contact your system administrator before using the data manager tool in Analytics Studio.

Services Forecast Reporting Recipe

If the Services Forecast Live and Services Forecast Plans datasets have been created in PSA, the Services Forecast Reporting recipe generates the Services Forecast Reporting dataset.

Utilization Dataflow

The Utilization dataflow generates the Utilization Results dataset.

Warning:

You must ensure that the Utilization dataflow runs after the PS Cloud Core Analytics dataflow. Otherwise, the data might not refresh properly.
