Adding Services Products to an Estimate

To add a services product to an estimate:

  1. On the Additional Costs tab, go to the Services Product related list.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter a name for the services product.
  4. Select a currency for the services product. The currency of the services product must match the currency of the related estimate.
  5. [Optional] Search and select an estimate product to associate with the services product. The estimate product must be in the same currency as the services product.
  6. Enter a Cost Amount for the services product.
  7. [Optional] Select the Set Bill Amount as Cost Amount checkbox.
  8. [Optional] Enter a Bill Amount for the services product. You must populate the Bill Amount field or select the Set Bill Amount as Cost Amount checkbox.
  9. Click Save.
Note:

When you create a project the services product amount is added to the project's customer purchase order budget in PSA.

Editing a Services Product

To edit a services product:

  1. On the Additional Costs tab, go to the Services Product related list.
  2. On the services product you want to edit, click Dropdown arrow in the Services Product related list., then Edit.
  3. [Optional] Edit the name of the services product.
  4. [Optional] Select a currency for the services product. The currency of the services product must match the currency of the related estimate.
  5. [Optional] Search and select an estimate product to associate with the services product. The estimate product must be in the same currency as the services product.
  6. [Optional] Edit the Cost Amount for the services product.
  7. [Optional] Select the Set Bill Amount as Cost Amount checkbox.
  8. [Optional] Enter a Bill Amount for the services product. You must populate the Bill Amount field or select the Set Bill Amount as Cost Amount checkbox.
  9. Click Save.
