Preparing to Upgrade

You must install the following packages before upgrading Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector to Summer 2025:

• Foundations Winter 2025 or later
• PSA Winter 2025 or later
• Customer Success Cloud Summer 2025 or later

Some of these packages depend on other packages and might have specific upgrade steps that you must perform. For more information, see:
