Playbook Task Manager Lightning Component Properties

This table lists the fields available in the properties pane in the Lightning App Builder for the Playbook Task Manager Lightning component.

Additional Playbook Task Fields Field Set  

The field set containing the additional fields that are displayed in the Playbook Task Manager component. The fields from the selected field set are displayed as columns in the Playbook Task Manager list view, in addition to the following fields:

  • Pinned
  • Playbook Task Name

Users can edit fields directly in the Playbook Task Manager list view, subject to their permissions, except for the field types detailed below.

  • The following field types are visible, but not editable from the grid:

    • Geolocation
    • Lookup

  • The following field types cannot be displayed in the grid:

    • Rich Text Area
    • Time

  • Picklists with dependencies that are not included in the field set are visible but not editable from the grid.

Show Preferences Panel  

Select the checkbox to show the Preferences panel button on the Playbook Task Board.

This option is only available when configuring Playbook Task Manager from the Customer Success Management Workspace or app page.
