Access Rule Fields

The Access Rule object contains the following fields.

Access Rule Fields

Field		Description
Access Level	*	The level of access applied by the access rule. The only available option is "Read-Only".
Access Rule Name	*	The name of the access rule.
Active		If selected, the restrictions defined in the access rule are applied to the relevant plan cells. We recommend that you not edit this field manually and use the Activate and Deactivate buttons instead.
Condition Logic		For system use. The expression that determines the logic applied when evaluating dimension value and measure conditions defined for the access rule.
Description		The description of the access rule.

Lightning Actions

The Access Rule object contains the following Lightning actions.

Activate	Activates the access rule to apply the restrictions defined by it. For more information, see Activating an Access Rule.	Displayed when the Active field is deselected.
Clone Access Rule	Creates a copy of the access rule and the related conditions. For more information, see Cloning an Access Rule. Note: This replaces the standard Salesforce Clone record button.	Always displayed.
Deactivate	Deactivates an active access rule to remove the restrictions applied by it. For more information, see Deactivating an Active Access Rule.	Displayed when the Active field is selected.
Delete Access Rule	Deletes the access rule and the related conditions. For more information, see Deleting an Access Rule. Note: This replaces the standard Salesforce Delete record button.	Always displayed.
