Adding User Conditions to an Access Rule

To add user conditions to an access rule:

  1. Open the access rule you want to add the user conditions to.
  2. Open the Users tab.
  3. Click Add User Conditions. The User Conditions window displays.
  4. Select one of the following operators:

    • "Equals", if you want the access rule to apply to the specified users.
    • "Does Not Equal", if you want the access rule to apply to all users, except for the specified users.
  5. Search for and select the values.

    Note:

    Only users that are assigned a license for the WorkGrid package are listed.

  6. [Optional] To add more user conditions, click Add Condition, then repeat steps 4 and 5 to define the condition.
  7. Click Save. The user conditions are now added.
