Restoring Historic Values in a Plan Scenario

If you have read and write access to the plan, you can restore cell values in the scenario to their historic values. This can be useful if you want to revert changes that were made by mistake.

To restore historic values in a scenario:

1. Open the plan scenario that contains the changes that you want to restore.
2. In the plan table toolbar, click and then click View Scenario History. The Scenario History window displays.

3. Select the historic version that you want to restore the scenario to.

   Notes:

   • You can only select manual cell changes. These are entries whose description contains Changed X cells. Automated recalculations and changes to the scenario itself, such as changing its name, cannot be restored.
   • The changes are cumulative. This means that when you restore to a historic version, all the manual cell changes between the current version and the selected version are reverted.
4. Click Restore. The changes are displayed in the plan table.
5. In the plan table toolbar, click Save.
