Creating a Plan Scenario
If you have read and write access to a plan, you can create scenarios for the plan.
To create a plan scenario:
- Open the plan that contains the original scenario.
- In the plan table toolbar, click Manage Scenarios. The existing scenarios are displayed.
- Click

- In the Scenario Name column, enter a name for the scenario.
- Select the scenario that the new scenario is created from. The default scenario is selected by default.
- [Optional] In the Description column, enter a description.
- If you want the new scenario to be the default scenario for the plan, select Default.

From Clone Options, select any of the following that apply:
- If the plan contains cell comments that you want to copy to the new plan, select Comments.
- If the plan contains adjustments that you want to copy to the new plan, select Adjustments.
- If the plan contains relationships that you want to copy to the new plan, select Relationships.
- Click Done.
- Click Save. The plan table reloads to display the default scenario.
The new scenario is created immediately but it is populated in the background. The new scenario and the original scenario are locked for editing until the background process finishes.
