To upgrade this feature to Spring 2025, take the following action.

If you have cloned the FAM - Fixed Asset - Submit for Approval and FAM - Depreciation Schedule - Export permission sets, the permission sets will not update after the upgrade, the system admin and analytics admin must ensure to update them manually. Permission Sets and Other Technical Documentation

Remove the following Fixed Asset Management permission sets from any custom permission sets you are using for FAM Accounting Integration:

  • FAM - Fixed Asset - Submit for Approval
  • FAM - Depreciation Schedule - Export
  • FAM - Depreciation Schedule - Generate and Export

If not already present, add Read access for the following objects and fields to any custom permission sets you are using for the Accounting:

  • Object:

    • Fields
      • Journals
      • Accounting Currencies
  • Depreciation Schedule
    • Fields
      • Journals

      • Accounting Currencies
