Upgrading to Financial Analytics Summer 2025

This page describes the changes to make when upgrading to Summer 2025.

To use a new feature or enhancement, you must upgrade your Financial Analytics app. For more information about how to upgrade apps, see Upgrading the Business Analytics App.

To upgrade this feature to Summer 2025, take the following action.

If your Financial Analytics app is configured to combine data from WorkGrid plans with actuals from the Financial Balances dataset, update the security predicate of the Financial Balances dataset to the following value:

If your custom dashboards, lenses, or reports that consume the Financial Balances dataset explicitly use the "Extended Planning Plan" Balance Type value, for example, in a filter, manually update the reference to use "WorkGrid Plan" instead. See the Salesforce Help.
