Viewing the Certinia Help from a Utility Bar

As long as your org is set up to use utility bars, you'll be able to access the Certinia Help from any page.

To view Certinia Help from within your org:

1. Select a Certinia app from the App Launcher.
2. Click the Certinia Help item on the utility bar.
3. Click the link to access documentation relevant to the page you're viewing. Documentation for the current page is displayed.
4. [Optional] Use the search bar to search the Certinia Help if you are looking for help with other Certinia features.

Tip:

If documentation isn't available for the specific page, the Certinia Help home page is displayed. You can use the search bar to find what you need.

Note:

The search bar displays only if search has been enabled for the Certinia Help. For more information, see (Beta) Enabling Search for the Certinia Help. Note that searching the Certinia Help is currently in beta. As it is still under development, you might experience some instability.
