Creating Upsell Items on a Customer Quotation Line

When you add items that contain upsell items, these are added as customer quotation lines depending on how your administrator has set the upsell item and the way in which the item master has been configured. You can create an upsell cross sell record from the Up Sell Cross Sell related list on an item master.

In Classic, you can also add the upsell items for a quote line on the Upsell tab:

  1. Click the name of the parent Item to Quote that you want to add upsell items for.
  2. When the Edit Line window appears, click the Upsell Items tab.
  3. Select the checkbox of the item you want to add.
  4. If required, complete the fields for the upsell item that you are adding.
  5. Click Save.
