App Logs Overview

The App Logs tab displays PSA app log records. Some PSA processes automatically create app logs when errors occur, which provide detailed information to help you identify and resolve issues. This information includes the process, record, and details of the error. By reviewing these app logs, you can pinpoint the source of the errors, take the necessary steps to resolve them, and then attempt to rerun any of the specific processes that previously failed.
