Est Vs Actuals Settings

The Est Vs Actuals custom settings control the behavior of estimated versus actual records.

Enable EVA Process Notification If selected, asynchronous EVA calculation job execution is notified through a message. Deselected
Enable EVA Process Custom Notification If selected, enables custom bell notifications to be sent by the Bulk Update EVAs for Dated Resource Rate Changes asynchronous process. Deselected
Generate Custom Time Period Records A comma-limited list of time period types used to generate Est Vs Actuals records. Null
Generate Monthly Records Determines whether Est Vs Actuals records are generated by month. Deselected

Generate Weekly Records Determines whether Est Vs Actuals record are generated by week. Selected
Process Out Of Range Timecards Determines whether Est Vs Actuals records are created for timecards that have hours outside of the assignment's start and end date. The Est Vs Actuals records have zero values for estimates on these records. Deselected
(Beta) Sync Assignment EVAs to DRR: Job Size

The number of assignments processed per job started by the Bulk Update EVAs for Dated Resource Rate Changes process.

If the value in this field is null, zero, or negative, the default applies.

The maximum number of jobs that will be run at once by the Bulk Update EVAs for Dated Resource Rate Changes process to update assignment EVAs.

If the value in this field is null, zero, or negative, it is treated as meaning unlimited.

Note:

This maximum number of jobs is also limited by the Maximum Running System Jobs value in the Async API Framework Settings custom setting (if configured.)

The number of held resource requests processed per job started by the Bulk Update EVAs for Dated Resource Rate Changes process.

If the value in this field is null, zero, or negative, the default applies.

The maximum number of jobs that will be run at once by the Bulk Update EVAs for Dated Resource Rate Changes process to update held resource request EVAs.

If the value in this field is null, zero, or negative, it is treated as meaning unlimited.

This maximum number of jobs is also limited by the Maximum Running System Jobs value in the Async API Framework Settings custom setting (if configured.)
