Resource Match Result Fields

The Resource Match Result object includes the following fields.

Field Description
Async Job Record The async job record that relates to the resource match result.
Matched Resource The resource matched to the related resource request. This is the highest-ranked resource for this resource request within the related resource match process.
Matched Resource Availability (%) The matched resource's availability as a percentage.
Matched Resource Availability (Hours) The matched resource's availability in hours.
Matched Resource Rank The rank of the matched resource within the related resource match process. A lower rank indicates that higher-ranked resources were matched to other resource requests within the same process.
Matched Resources Availability (%) A comma separated list of availability as a percentage for each matched resource.
Matched Resources Availability (Hours) A comma separated list of availability in hours for each matched resource.
Matched Resources IDs A comma separated list of contact IDs for each matched resource.
Number of Matched Resources The number of resources matched for the related resource request.
Resource Match Process The resource match process that relates to the resource match result.
Matched Resource Match Quality (%) The matched resource's match quality determined by how well the resource matches the resource request details. The match quality uses the match priority and field weightings defined in the Match Settings panel in Resource Request Staffer.
Matched Resources Match Quality (%) A comma separated list of match quality percentages for each matched resource.
Resource Request The resource request that relates to the resource match result.
Staffing Log The staffing log that relates to the resource match result.
Status

The current status of the resource match result can be one of the following:

  • Searching in Progress: Resources are currently being searched to determine a list of resources to match to the resource request.
  • Matching in Progress: Resources identified from the search are being matched to the resource request.
  • Matched Resource: A resource is matched to the resource request. This is the highest-ranked resource for this resource request within the related resource match process. For more information, see How Resources are Matched in Resource Request Staffer.
  • No Matched Resource: No resource is matched to the resource request because either no resources are matched, or resources are matched but there is no highest-ranking resource.
  • Error: An error was encountered while matching resources to the related resource request.

  • Actioned: The resource request is either held or assigned, the matched resources have been cleared, or an error occurred during auto-assign.
