Availability Dataset Update Log Fields

Availability Dataset Update Log records store information on the initial creation of a Monthly Availability dataset and any updates that are pushed to the dataset in Analytics.

The Availability Dataset Update Log object includes the following fields.

Field Description
Async Job Record

The asynchronous job record that relates to the availability dataset update log record.

Note:

The asynchronous job record is used to review errors when the status of the availability dataset update log is set to Failed.

Availability Dataset Name

The name of the availability dataset.

Format: APD-0000000

Insights External Data Id A system-generated identifier of the job responsible for the Analytics external data upload.
Status

The status of the scheduled push to Analytics. The available statuses are:

  • Initializing: An availability dataset update log and associated records are created for the scheduled job.
  • InitializationFailed: The initialization process failed to complete. No new monthly availability records are created.
  • Current: The availability dataset update log record has been created and is currently accumulating new monthly availability records.
  • Processing: The monthly availability record that is undergoing a push to Analytics.
  • ProcessedAwaitingStatus: A temporary status that remains until it is confirmed whether or not the monthly availability record successfully pushed to Analytics.
  • Failed: The availability dataset update log record failed to push to Analytics. The monthly availability records are deleted and an error displays.
  • Completed: The scheduled push to Analytics has completed successfully. Any associated monthly availability records are set to be deleted.
Note:

If the process fails, the availability dataset update log and monthly availability records are retained and the next job is scheduled. An error log is created, and you receive an email containing the ID of the asynchronous Apex jobs that failed. Using the link in the email, you can view the asynchronous job record, review and correct errors, and restart the process.
