Timesheet Entry Fields and Buttons
The tables below display the default fields and buttons displayed in Timesheet Entry.

| Friday Hours | The total hours entered for this day. |
| Milestone | The milestone to enter time against. |
| Monday Hours | The total hours entered for this day. |
| Saturday Hours | The total hours entered for this day. |
| Status | The status of the timecard. |
| Sunday Hours | The total hours entered for this day. |
| Thursday Hours | The total hours entered for this day. |
| Total Hours | The total hours entered for the week. |
| Tuesday Hours | The total hours entered for this day. |
| Wednesday Hours | The total hours entered for this day. |
| Work |
The project and or assignment to enter time against.

Buttons

Adds a new timesheet line to the Timesheet Entry grid. |

Deletes the currently selected timesheet entry. Multiple timecards can be deleted at once. |

Opens an information window which displays information about using the Timesheet Entry grid. |

Expands the Timesheet Entry grid when entering time on project tasks. This button is unavailable when no records are entered. |

Opens the date selector, enabling you to select a specific date in the past or future to navigate to. |

Opens the Record Details panel, enabling you to view details of your project tasks. |

Navigate to the previous week. |

Navigate to the current week. |
| Cancel | Cancels the current timecards. |
| Change Resource | Opens the Change Resource window, enabling you to change the resource time is being entered for. |
| Copy From Previous Week | Enables you to copy timecards from the previous week. |
| Create From Assignments | Enables you to create timecards from assignments. |
| Create From Global Projects | Enables you to create timecards from global projects. |
| Recall | Recalls the currently selected timecards. This is only possible on timecards with a status of Submitted. |
| Save | Saves the Timesheet Entry grid. |
| Submit | Submits the currently selected timecards. |
| Suggest Timecards | Pre-populates the Timesheet Entry grid based upon your assignments for the current week. |
| Today | Returns the week view to the current week. |
Contextual Column Header Menu
| Button | Description |

| Columns | Enables you to manage the visibility of all columns in the Timesheet Entry grid. |
| Hide column | Hides the current column. |
| Sort ascending | Sorts the current column in ascending order. |
| Sort descending | Sorts the current column in descending order. |
| Reset to default columns | Resets the column layout to the default. |

Add Tasks Window
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| End Date | The end date of the project task. |
| Limit to | Enables you to filter by tasks that have a matching assignment and milestone. |
| Owner | Enables you to filter project tasks by the owner. |
| Project Task Name | The project task name. |
| Start Date | The start date of the project task. |
| Status | The status of the project task. |
| Button | Description |

| Add | Adds the selected tasks to your timecard. |
| Apply | Applies the selected filters to the project tasks displayed in the Add Tasks window. |
| Cancel | Closes the Add Tasks window without adding tasks to your timecard. |

Collapses the Add Tasks grid when selecting tasks. This button is unavailable when no tasks are available to select. |

Expands the Add Tasks grid when selecting tasks. This button is unavailable when no tasks are available to select. |
| Reset | Resets the filters applied in the Add Tasks window. |
Copy from Previous Weeks Window

Create from Assignments Window

| Assignment Name | The name of the assignment. |
| Nickname | The nickname assigned to the assignment. |
| Project | The project associated with the assignment. |
| Resource | The resource assigned to the assignment. |
| Weekly Scheduled Hours | The weekly scheduled hours for the assignment. |

| Add | Adds the selected assignments to your timecard. |
| Cancel | Cancels the current action and closes the Create From Assignments window. |
| Self Assignment | Opens the Self Assignment window. |
Self Assignment Window

| Assignment Name | The name of the assignment. |
| Billable | If selected indicates that the assignment is billable as part of the project. |
| End Date | The end date of the assignment. |
| Nickname | The nickname of the assignment. |
| Project | The project the assignment is being added to. |
| Resource Name | The resource for the assignment to be assigned to. |
| Schedule Pattern | The schedule pattern of the selected resource. |
| Start Date | The start date of the assignment. |
Create from Global Projects Window

| Account | The account associated with the global project. |
| Group | The group associated with the global project. |
| Opportunity | The opportunity associated with the global project. |
| Practice | The practice associated with the global project. |
| Project Name | The name assigned to the global project. |
| Region | The region associated with the global project. |
Record Details Panel
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Actual Hours | Specifies the hours spent on this task. Rolls up from task time entries on timecards that match statuses defined by your administrator. On parent tasks, this includes task times from child tasks. |
| Blocked | A checkbox displaying if the project task is currently blocked. |
| Completed | A checkbox displaying if the project is task is currently completed. |
| End Date | Displays the end date of the project task. |
| Estimated Hours | Specifies the estimated hours of the project task. |
| Estimated Time to Completion (Task) | Specifies the estimated hours to complete the project task. |
| Hours Remaining | The number of hours remaining to complete the project task, derived from Estimated Time to Completion (Hours) when set. Calculated otherwise from estimated hours minus actual hours. |
| Percent Complete (Hours) | Displays the completed hours as a percentage. |
| Projected Hours | The sum of the Actual Hours and Estimated Time to Completion (Task) fields. When the Estimated Time to Completion (Task) field is blank, Estimated Hours is displayed. |
| Start Date | Displays the start date of the project task. |
| Started | A checkbox displaying if the project task has been started. |
| Status | Displays the status of the project task. |
