Embedding the PSA Services Forecast Dashboard

To embed the PSA Project Billings dashboard:

  1. Edit the Lightning page you want to add the PSA Services Forecast dashboard to.
  2. Select the Details tab component, then click Add Tab to create a new details tab.
  3. Click the new details tab to edit it and change the tab label to custom.
  4. In Custom Label, enter Services Forecast.
  5. Drag and drop the CRM Analytics Dashboard component from the components panel to the new tab.
  6. In the Dashboard field, select "PSA Services Forecast".
  7. Set the height for the embedded dashboard. We recommend 1200 pixels when Show Header is selected.
  8. Click + Add Dashboard Filter.
  9. In Data Source, select "Services Forecast Reporting".
  10. In Data Source Field, depending on which record page you are embedding the dashboard in, select "Region ID Chain", "Practice ID Chain", or "Group ID Chain".
  11. In Operator, select "Contains".
  12. Click Select.
  13. In Select Field, select the same value as you selected in step 10.
  14. Click Done.
  15. Click OK.
  16. Deselect Show Share.
  17. Deselect Show Title.
  18. Click Save and Activate.
