New Features and Enhancements in Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector Winter 2026

Dependencies on Other Certinia Packages

Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector Winter 2026 requires the following Certinia packages to be installed:

  • Foundations Spring 2025 or later
  • PSA Spring 2025 or later
  • Customer Success Cloud Winter 2026 or later

You must install these packages before installing or upgrading to Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector Winter 2026.
