Editing Account Skills
You can edit account skill records from:
- The Account Skills related list on the account's record page.
- The Skills Management grid in the Account Skills tab.
Editing Account Skills from the Account Skills Related List
To edit an account skill from the Account Skills related list:
- On the Account tab, click the account that you want to edit. The account's record page displays.
- On the account's record page, click the Related tab.
- On the Account Skills related list, click
next to the account skill record you want to update. - Click Edit.
- [Optional] Select a new minimum rating for the account skill.
- [Optional] Search for and select the CS skill set you want to associate with the account skill.
- Click Save to update the account skill record or Save & New to update the record and add another account skill. The updated account skill and any newly added account skills display in the Account Skills related list.
Editing Account Skills from the Skills Management Grid
To edit the minimum rating of an account skill from the Skills Management grid:
- On the Account tab, click the account that you want to edit. The account's record page displays.
- On the account's record page, click the Account Skills tab.

Double-click the cell in the Minimum Rating column of the skill you want to edit and select the required minimum rating.

Click Save.
