CSC Skill Manager Lightning Component Fields
CSC Skill Manager enables you to associate CS skills with records to determine the skills and competencies possessed by a resource or required by an account, playbook, or success plan. For more information, see CS Skills Overview and Customer Success Cloud Lightning Components.
Fields
The following table describes the fields displayed in the CSC Skill Manager component.

| Search | Search for skills to associate with the record using two or more characters that appear anywhere in the skill's name. |
Columns
The following table describes the columns displayed in the Skills Management grid of the CSC Skill Manager component.

| Minimum Rating | The level of competence in the CS skill that is required by the record. |
| Role | The resource roles that the skill is relevant to. |
| Skill Name | The name of the skill. |
| Type | The type of skill. |
Buttons
The following table describes the buttons available in the CSC Skill Manager component.

| Add Skills | Add Skills | Opens the Add Skills window, which enables you to associate skills with the record. |
| Cancel | Cancel | Discards any unsaved changes made in the Skills Management grid. |
