Shifting Playbook Task Dates

You can shift the start and end dates of multiple playbook tasks either earlier or later using the Shift Task Dates feature. To shift multiple task dates:

  1. Select all of the tasks you want to shift the dates for in the Playbook Task Manager or Playbook Task Portfolio Grid.

  2. Do one of the following:

    1. Click Shift Dates in the toolbar.
    2. Right-click anywhere in the grid, then click Shift Dates.
  3. In the Shift Task Dates window, enter a quantity you want to shift the task dates by.
  4. Select a unit for the quantity you entered.
  5. Select the direction you want to shift the task dates.
  6. Click Shift.
