New Features and Enhancements in CSC AI Agents Winter 2026
The following new features have been introduced in the Winter 2026 release of CSC AI Agents.
Leverage AI to Provide Qualitative and Actionable Summaries and Communications
Early Adopter
We’ve enhanced the Customer Success agent so you can utilize it to complete the last stages of a playbook's life cycle. You can now use the agent to mark a playbook and its associated tasks as closed and to generate a closing summary for the playbook. This streamlines and automates the playbook finalization process.
To support this, we’ve updated the CS Playbook Management topic with the following new actions:

Close Playbooks and Playbook Tasks

Generate Playbook AI Summary

Generate Playbook AI Closing Summary
We've also added custom actions, which provides you with ways of calling the functionality of an API using a user interface.
