Copying a Range of Plan Table Cells Into Other Cells

To copy a range of plan table cells:

  1. Open the plan scenario that contains the cells you want to copy.
  2. Select the first cell in the range you want to copy. This is the top-left cell of the range.

  3. Using your keyboard, press and hold Shift and then click the last cell in the range. This is the bottom-right cell of the range.

    Tip:

    Alternatively, while holding Shift, you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to select the range.

  4. Using your keyboard, press Command + C (Mac) or Ctrl + C (PC).
  5. Select the first cell in the range you want to paste the cells over. This is the top-left cell of the target range.
  6. Using your keyboard, press Command + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (PC). The range is pasted over the range of the same size. If the target range is smaller than the source range, for example, if you paste at the very bottom or right of the table, only the cells that can fit are pasted. New columns and rows are not created.
  7. In the plan table toolbar, click Save.
