Pricing a Customer Quotation
You can price customer quotations to formalize a price offer that informs the customer of the total cost of items or services.
When you price a customer quotation, the system automatically determines the internal sell price for each item on the customer quotation lines. It achieves this by reviewing existing list prices and filtering them based on date, quantity, condition, type of pricing, and customer when applicable.
To price a customer quotation:
- On the customer quotation record, click Price.
The customer quotation status is updated to "Priced".
