New Features and Enhancements in PSA – Accounting Connector Winter 2026

The following new features have been introduced in the Winter 2026 release of PSA – Accounting Connector.

Enhanced Visibility of Updates to Payment Status for Services Credits

We have further enhanced the Services Credits to sales invoices functionality, so that if previously paid sales invoices are unmatched, the Services Credits Paid check box on the associated Services Credits Customer Purchase record is cleared. If you have more than one sales invoice associated with a services credits customer purchase, the check box is cleared if any of the sales invoices are unmatched. If you redo matching for the sales invoice, the check box is selected.

This improves the visibility of payments statuses on services credits customer purchase records.
