Schedule Fields

Here is a description of the fields that make up a Schedule record.

Schedule Fields

Field		Description
Action: Force Schedule Refresh		If selected, updates Scheduled Hours, Projected Revenue, Dated Request Billable Amount, and Est Vs Actuals on the schedule, assignment, or related records.
Action: Update Future Scheduled Hours		If checked when you save, Future Scheduled Hours refresh.
End Date		The schedule end date.
Future Scheduled Hours		The total number of remaining scheduled hours.
Future Scheduled Hours Last Updated Date		The last updated date for Future Scheduled Hours calculation.
Is Blocking		If selected, this schedule blocks other assignments created with the Team Schedule Planner application. Note: This setting supports blocking Shift Management (Time of Day) schedules imported by custom integrations.
Monday Hours		Default number of hours to be scheduled on each day. These are used when creating a new resource schedule.

Scheduled Days	R	The total number of days scheduled for the assignment.
Scheduled Hours	R	The number of hours scheduled for the assignment.
Start Date
Week Total Hours	R	Formula field displayed to two decimal places showing the sum of daily hours for a resource in a week. calculated from the Schedule object.
Monday Start Time		The start time for the indicated day.
