Smart Action Plan Fields

The Smart Action Plan object is for system use. It stores information about the plan that originates from a smart action.

The Smart Action Plan object includes the following fields.

Status

The current status of the plan. This status can be one of the following:

  • Canceled: The plan was not confirmed.
  • Complete: The plan was completed successfully.
  • Error: An error was encountered while completing the plan.
  • In Progress: The plan is being completed.
  • Pending: The plan has not been confirmed yet.
