PSA Actions Lightning Component Properties

PSA Actions Lightning components enable you to add action links to Lightning pages. In the Properties panel in Lightning App Builder, you can select which links are shown by selecting or deselecting the relevant checkboxes.

The following action links checkboxes are available in the properties panel of the Lightning App Builder for the PSA Actions: Account Billing component:

  • Show Generate Billing Events
  • Show Account Billing

The following action links checkboxes are available in the properties panel of the Lightning App Builder for the PSA Actions: Account Services Forecast component:

  • Show Run Services Forecast

The following action link checkboxes are available in the properties panel of the Lightning App Builder for the PSA Actions: Assignments component:

  • Show Add Assignments from Template
  • Show Assign Multiple Resources
  • Show Assign Multiple Resources to Projects
  • Show Assign Resource
  • Show Assign Resource to Project
  • Show Close Assignments
  • Show Reschedule Assignments
  • Show Self Assignment

Additionally, the following fields are available:

  • Close Assignments Columns Field Set, which enables you to select the field set on the Assignment object that you want to provide additional columns.
  • Close Assignments Filter Field Set, which enables you to select the field set on the Assignment object that you want to provide additional filters.
  • Default Select Skills View, which enables you to select the default view for selecting skills or certifications.
  • Select Skills Column Field Set, which enables you to select the field set to display custom columns in the Select Skills and Certifications window.

The following action links checkboxes are available in the properties panel of the Lightning App Builder for the PSA Actions: Contact Assignments component:

  • Show Close Assignments

Additionally, the following fields are available:

  • Close Assignments Columns Field Set, which enables you to select the field set on the Assignment object that you want to provide additional columns.
  • Close Assignments Filter Field Set, which enables you to select the field set on the Assignment object that you want to provide additional filters.

The following action links checkboxes are available in the properties panel of the Lightning App Builder for the PSA Actions: Expense Report Attachments component:

  • Show Combine Attachments

The following action links checkboxes are available in the properties panel of the Lightning App Builder for the PSA Actions: Opportunity Financials component:

  • Default Select Skills View, which enables you to select the default view for selecting skills or certifications.
  • Select Skills Column Field Set, which enables you to select the field set to display custom columns in the Select Skills and Certifications window.

  • Default Select Skills View, which enables you to select the default view for selecting skills or certifications.
  • Optimize Resources for Requests page, which enables you to define the page that you want the Optimize Resources for Requests action to navigate to.
  • Select Skills Column Field Set, which enables you to select the field set to display custom columns in the Select Skills and Certifications window.

The following action links checkboxes are available in the properties panel of the Lightning App Builder for the PSA Actions: Task-Based Resourcing component:

  • Show Create Assignments from Project Tasks
  • Show Create Resource Requests from Project Tasks
