Adding an RPG Plan

You can enter plan data records by time period A period of time with a start date and an end date to which forecasts, actuals calculations, billing event batches, utilization calculations and region plans belong. for Regions, Practices, and Groups. A related list exists in each Region, Practice and Group, where you can add plan data:

1. Click New Region Plan in the Plans related list on the object that you want to add the plan to.
2. Complete the fields described in Region, Practice, and Group Plan Fields.
3. Click Save.

Note:

If any region, practice, or group is marked as Inactive, these regions, practices, and groups are excluded from and are not displayed in the search results. You can only select RPGs from the dropdown that are active.

To edit existing Plan Data, edit the record for the Region, Practice, or Group's corresponding time period from the related list.
