Overriding the RPG on Milestones, Budgets, and Miscellaneous Adjustments

To override the RPG Abbreviation of region, practice, group. on a milestone A fixed target, which when achieved, can be billed to the customer for a fixed fee or by logging time against it., budget An amount used to manage expenditure on customer purchase orders, internal budgets, outbound vendor purchase orders and work orders. A budget must be associated with a project. or miscellaneous adjustment A catch-all business record that allows you to correct data entry errors or adjust transactions.:

1. Click Edit on the object.
2. Select the Admin Global Edit checkbox.
3. Complete the Override fields. See the Override Project Region/Practice/Group fields in Milestone Fields for further information.
4. Enter some audit notes in the Audit Notes field.
5. Click Save.

Note:

If any region, practice, or group is marked as Inactive, these regions, practices, and groups are excluded from and are not displayed in the search results. You can only select RPGs from the dropdown that are active.
