Auto-Staffing Configuration Options
Field Description
AutoStaffingEnqueueDelay

The number of minutes before the auto-staffing process is enqueued. You must enter a whole number in the range 1-10. Integers below or above that range are treated as 1 or 10 respectively.

The default is 10.

Warning:

Temporarily setting this to a shorter delay might be useful for testing and demonstration purposes, but once your org is live we recommend you accept the default delay of 10 minutes. This is to avoid exceeding the limits for Salesforce platform events.
