Adding a Skill or Certification Zone

To associate skills, categories and certifications with regions, practices, and groups in your organization:

1. Do one of the following depending on the way in which your administrator has set up your organization:

   • Click the Regions, Practices or Groups tab. Select an RPG Abbreviation of region, practice, group. that you want to associate the zone to. Click New Skill or Certification Zone in the Skill or Certification Zones related list. If any region, practice, or group is marked as Inactive, these regions, practices, and groups are excluded from and are not displayed in the search results. You can only select RPGs from the dropdown that are active.
   • Click the Skill or Certification Zones tab and click New.
2. Complete the fields on the New Skill or Certification Zone page as described in Skill or Certification Zone Fields.
3. Click Save.
