New Features and Enhancements in PSA Direct for Concur Expense Winter 2026

Improve High-Volume Expense Processing with Controlled Batch Sizes

We've enhanced the PSA Direct for Concur Expense connector to support high-volume expense processing. This improvement helps prevent governor limit errors, enabling smoother and more reliable execution.

The new enhancement introduces line count limits, which helps you process a controlled number of records in each batch. This makes it possible to prevent governor limit errors and ensures that even very large numbers of expenses are processed reliably. You can configure this limit using the new Max Expense Lines per Batch Execution custom setting field added in the PSA Direct for Concur Expense.
