New Features and Enhancements in PSA Direct for Jira Winter 2026

The following new features have been introduced in the Winter 2026 release of PSA Direct for Jira.

PSA Direct for Jira Maintenance

We've released a maintenance-focused update for the PSA Direct for Jira connector designed to improve the connector's long-term stability and ensure continued compatibility with Jira:

• The PSA Direct for Jira connector is upgraded to support Salesforce API 64 version.
• The Certinia Foundations Summer 2025 and PSA Spring 2024 product package dependencies versions have been updated

These updates ensure that your experience with the PSA Direct for Jira connector remains reliable and robust. There are no new features or changes to existing functionality.
