Creating an Estimate Level Billing Group
To create an estimate level billing group when creating a blank estimate:
- On the Services Estimator workspace, click Create Estimate.
- In the Create Estimate window, click Create Blank.
- Enter a name for the estimate.
- Select the opportunity this estimate is related to.
- Select a start date for the estimate.
- Select the Fixed Price Estimate Level Billing checkbox.
- [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Billing Frequency.
- [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Upfront Billing (%).
- [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Scheduling Option.
- [Optional] Enter a description for the estimate.
- Click Create.
To create an estimate level billing group on an existing estimate:
- Go to the Details tab on the estimate.
- In the Fixed Price Estimate Billing section, select the Fixed Price Estimate Level Billing checkbox.
- [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Billing Frequency.
- [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Upfront Billing (%).
- [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Scheduling Option.
- Click Save.
