Creating an Estimate Level Billing Group

To create an estimate level billing group when creating a blank estimate:

  1. On the Services Estimator workspace, click Create Estimate.
  2. In the Create Estimate window, click Create Blank.
  3. Enter a name for the estimate.
  4. Select the opportunity this estimate is related to.
  5. Select a start date for the estimate.
  6. Select the Fixed Price Estimate Level Billing checkbox.
  7. [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Billing Frequency.
  8. [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Upfront Billing (%).
  9. [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Scheduling Option.
  10. [Optional] Enter a description for the estimate.
  11. Click Create.

To create an estimate level billing group on an existing estimate:

  1. Go to the Details tab on the estimate.
  2. In the Fixed Price Estimate Billing section, select the Fixed Price Estimate Level Billing checkbox.
  3. [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Billing Frequency.
  4. [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Upfront Billing (%).
  5. [Optional] Enter an Estimate Fixed Price Scheduling Option.
  6. Click Save.
