Managing Billing Schedules

To manage the billing schedules of fixed price estimate products:

  1. In the Estimate Milestones grid, click Manage Billing Schedules.
  2. [Optional] Edit the Billing Frequency of your estimate products.
  3. [Optional[ Edit the Upfront Billing (%) of your estimate products.
  4. Click Save.

To create a custom billing schedule:

  1. In the Estimate Milestones grid, click Manage Billing Schedules.
  2. On the estimate product, independent record, or billing group, click Manage Custom Billing Schedule in the row level actions.
  3. Click Add to add custom billing schedule line items.
  4. Enter a Billing Date for the custom billing schedule item.
  5. Enter a flat amount or percentage for the custom billing schedule line item.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 until the total amount has been distributed across the custom billing schedule items.
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Repeat steps 2-7 for all estimate products or billing groups you want to configure a custom billing schedule for.
Note:

You can't edit the Billing Frequency or Upfront Billing (%) of estimate products that have been added to a project.
