New Features and Enhancements in Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector Spring 2026

Dependencies on Other Certinia Packages
Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector Spring 2026 requires the following Certinia packages to be installed:
- Foundations Summer 2025 or later
- PSA Summer 2025 or later
- Customer Success Cloud Spring 2026 or later
You must install these packages before installing or upgrading to Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector Spring 2026.
