Filtering Accounts in Account Grid

To filter accounts in Account Grid:

  1. In Account Grid, click Open the Filters panel to open the Filters panel.
  2. [Optional] Select a saved filter set, then click Apply.
  3. [Optional] Search for and select the accounts you want to filter by. You can also view accounts related to the searched keyword. Enter at least two characters in the Account filter field and click Show All Results for “ ” to open the Select Account window. Then, select the account that you want to apply as a filter.   4. [Optional] Search for and select the products you want to filter by.
  5. [Optional] Search for and select the CS cloud resources you want to filter by.
  6. [Optional] Search for and select the customer success segments you want to filter by.
  7. [Optional] Search for and select the resource pools you want to filter by.
  8. [Optional] Search for and select the industries you want to filter by.
  9. Click Apply to apply the selected filter options. To reset the filter options to their default values, click Reset.

  10. Click Close the Filters panel to close the Filters panel.
