Objective Management Reports
The Customer Success Cloud package includes out of the box standard Objective Management reports, enabling you to save time from setting up reports for your org. You can embed the reports on the Customer Success Management Workspace or any other page or dashboard. The My Team's reports filter records using the Line Manager Is Current User field on the CS Cloud Resource object. This field is automatically selected when the logged-in user is a line manager.
To access the Objective Management reports:
- Search for and select the Reports tab.
- Click All Folders.
- Select and open the CSC: Objective Management folder.
- Click the name of the report that you want to view.
- [Optional] Click Edit if you want to change the structure of the report or the filters applied to it.
- If you have made any changes to the report, click Save.
When you open the Objective Management folder, the following reports are available:

| All My Blocked Objectives | CS Objectives | This report is used by the objective owners to check their blocked objectives. |
| My Open Objectives | This report is used by the objective owners to check their objectives currently in draft or active status. | |
| My Team's Blocked Objectives | This report is used by line managers to check their team's blocked objectives. | |
| My Team's Open Objectives | This report is used by line managers to check their team's objectives currently in draft or active status. | |
| Open Objectives | This report is used to check all the objectives currently in draft or active status. |
